The Keepsake Club is a series of book clubs, workshops, and creative gatherings hosted by Sean Scott Boutique on the Gold Coast of Australia. Designed as a welcoming space for readers and crafters, the club aims to bring together a growing community centered around reading, journaling, and friendship.

Sean Scott Boutique approached me to create an identity that captured the spirit of their new vision, something whimsical, crafty, and wholesome that would appeal to their creative audience while still feeling distinct from the boutique’s main brand, Sean Scott.

The final identity features lettering that includes playful curves and a secondary version with extended swashes, allowing the logo to shift between a clean primary mark and a more expressive style for special uses.

Alongside the wordmark, I created a lucky cat mascot to be used as an icon and sticker, inspired by traditional Maneki-neko imagery and the team’s reference materials. The cat’s raised left paw symbolizes inviting people and guests.

Working with the Sean Scott team was a joy, and it was exciting to help shape a brand that brings people together around creativity and storytelling.
